Fishing

Where do you go fishing?
To the pond or to the river?
Can you find your type of fish there?
To the sea or to the ocean?
(They say there are plenty of fish in the sea)
Can you stand the variety, the option?
What if you catch a Humpback?
or attract a Tiger Shark?
So where do you go fishing?
Anywhere?
Or do you just relax, waiting
for the fish to come home?
Do you even enjoy fishing to begin with?
Am just curious, you know …
I like fishing for ideas!

      1. i thought we were talking about fish 😳

zigubign, man i don’t think my current situation can support that

what i want to know is, once a fish has been spotted, how do you know that this fish is THE fish? and how do you bare yourself to it, shake off the doubt that you may end up hurting yourself, the aforementioned fish or both?

      2. haha … iLike the pink face … , don’t worry, we are still talking about fish, poor thing! lol

hmm … regarding your question, this quote I believe somehow answers it:

“The truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.”

And I believe that totally makes sense. What do you say? πŸ™‚

One way or the other, every prospective fish you see is a potential future venture, and you pick the one you feel that you really click, and then I guess you try your best to make things work, there’s no perfect situation; as in the quote, you have a chance to get hurt, but you measure if the fish is worth the suffering, like Hemingway’s fish.

PS: are you numero 1, 2, or 3 btw? lol I wanna kno which one of you is my dembegna! πŸ˜€

  1. the fish that come home are dead man!!!
you need to go out and fish for yourself
you need to brave the great ocean nothing less
to get the freshest of fresh ones πŸ˜›

    1. lol who wants dead fish! … You kidding!? πŸ˜€ The ocean is too expansive though … I could get lost there, and nobody would find me … either the waves would slam me against the ocean floor, or the whales would swallow me to only spit me out later on (damaged beyond repair) … nothing comes easy these days! … lol

      1. Learn the ABC of fishing,
        the ocean and the surrounding.
        Get the proper equipment
        and you will be fine.
        Nothing is easy, i agree.
Remember “no pain no gain” πŸ™‚

      2. Preach it girl! πŸ˜€ After all, you are from Maldives, you better know about this kinda stuff! lol Now, I know where I will have to go to learn my ABCs .. πŸ˜‰ The deep blue ocean that surrounds your country just mesmerizes me! And no doubt that will be the best place to learn, and fish too! lol I just don’t wanna end up with a blue whale swallowing me or something! πŸ˜€

    2. Certainly. πŸ˜€ You are too busy promoting Maldives so I aint gonna bother ya! lol But if you know someone that could lend me their skilled hands, pls. send them over, that would be appreciated! πŸ˜€

  2. Haha.. that’s really interesting. And yes, Amira is the right person to take advice from. Funny picture πŸ™‚ Fishing for ideas – good idea, sirji!
